This is where you can find information on wireless devices. Here you can learn how they work in relationship to the service providers and the Internet. We have created a section on how to troubleshoot your PDA devices when you have problems. We will be adding more sections that cover specific wireless devices in the near future.

So you if you are thinking about connecting to the internet using your cell phone as a medium for your laptop, pc, or other PDA devices. You will want to read this article before attempting it. After reading the article you can check with your local provider to see if your connection can still be done.

If you need to troubleshoot your PDA device, click on Basic Troubleshooting. This is the starting point for Level 1 troubleshooting and it covers soft and hard resets. Most problems can be resolved at this level and it is highly recommended that you start here. Before attempting your reset, make sure you have read all of the information.

If your problem is not corrected after a reset, you can them  move to Level 2 troubleshooting. This covers more in depth problems for Palm and Pocket PC devices. If you know your problem is at this level then click on the corresponding link below for your device.
